Leadership forms one of the seven quality management principles that make up ISO 9001. Without ongoing management support, your Quality Management System (QMS) will likely run into problems. Leadership must demonstrate their commitment to ISO 9001 and customer focus, particularly by fully understanding and monitoring customer requirements and satisfaction.
By the end of this module you will have:
- An understanding of leadership in the context of ISO 9001.
- Identified leadership ‘quality’ good practice
- Considered how to establish, analyse and review meaningful performance measures
- Shared examples of good practice

Once you have completed the pre-training survey, training module and knowledge check, you can download your personalised certificate for your records.
Please note that only one certificate is available per login, and one module per delegate is required. If you need to train more than 20 people, please contact us for details of our multi-user licence.
